Ms Galvin’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, business transactions, entity formation and land use. She represents both businesses and individuals.

Professional Experience

Ms. Galvin’s experience includes representing clients before the IRS and practicing in State and Federal Court. She has extensive experience in real estate litigation, tax matters and criminal law.

Ms. Galvin joined Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz in May 2024 as part of its real estate transactional group.

Education and Memberships

Ms. Galvin obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Golden Gate University School of Law. During law school, Ms. Galvin received a CALI Award in Legal Research and Writing. She also interned at the Santa Clara Superior Court and the California Appellate Project.

Ms. Galvin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Diego State University.

Ms. Galvin is admitted to practice law in California and Colorado (inactive in Colorado).

Community Involvement

Ms. Galvin moved to Sonoma County in 2021. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Marin and Sonoma with her husband and English bulldog.
